Job summary

NRI 3PL in Fontana, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist with order picking, replenishment, and general warehouse tasks. You will operate forklifts and related machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while upholding safety standards.

You'll join a team that supports multiple departments and works within a dynamic environment. The role offers a 1:30pm–10:00pm schedule, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on stand-up reach and/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• This position requires a clean driving record.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, and tolerate dust, noise, heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Handle receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm

Starting Pay

$22.00 per hour (Includes $1 shift differential)

All About You

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
