Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking an Equipment Operator in Los Angeles to assist in order picking, replenishment, and general warehouse support. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to move products for a dynamic client base. Training on our WMS will be provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ months forklift experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work is Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and cycle count tasks.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures.

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday - Friday (1:30 pm to 10:0pm)

Starting Pay:

$23.00 per hour (including shift differential)

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
