Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is hiring for an on-site forklift operator. This full-time role requires experience with Stand-Up, Sit-Down, Reach Truck, or Walkie Rider equipment. You will work Monday–Friday, either 1st or 2nd shift, with pay starting at $20/hour for the first shift and $21.50/hour for the second shift.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck or Walkie Rider experience.
• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 50 pounds).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform case picking and light lifting up to 50 pounds throughout shifts.
• Unload and load goods, and assist with inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies at all times.

Position: Must have previous experience operating Sit-Down, Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Walkie Rider.

Hours: Monday- Friday

Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift

Pay: $20.00 for first shift

$21.50 an hour for 2nd shift

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:

Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate

• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
• Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse.
• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift
• Work various shifts on short notice
• Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
