We are seeking an Equipment Operator for our Lafayette Township, NJ plant on a day/night shift.

What You Will Do

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement
• Operate equipment such as CAT 988 or John Deere 350 excavators
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment
• Load plants and trucks, maintain stockpiles, and keep roads safe
• Interact with customers
• Assist with plant maintenance when not operating
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

• Prompt, regular attendance
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, walk, and climb in outdoor conditions
• High school diploma or GED

Working conditions include working in various weather conditions, with most equipment air-conditioned, but some responsibilities may require work in heat, cold, or dusty environments.
