Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team on client sites. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining safety standards while operating warehouse equipment.

Schedule is 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a $15/hour base pay and a $1/hour attendance incentive for full-time hours. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently yet also be a team player, and willing to advance within a

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms and assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors as required.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Use appropriate chemicals and supplies per procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM Monday to Thursday

Pay: $15.00/hour

Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you work all scheduled full time hours (40 hours per week)

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.


• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.


• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.


• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.


• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler and handle all equipment correctly and safely.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
