Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our fast-growing janitorial and maintenance team in Joliet, IL. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining multiple facility spaces on client sites, with a schedule that includes early morning hours and a 5:00 AM start.

Pay is $16.00/hour, with opportunities for reliability-based growth. Ideal candidates have prior experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment, can lift up to 50 lbs, and

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Use chemicals per procedures.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, baler, and trash/cardboard compactors safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday and Tuesday
• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Wednesday

Pay: $16.00/hour

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, baler, trash and cardboard compactor, and handle all equipment correctly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
