Job summary

Interstate – A Premier Facility Services Provider seeks an Equipment Operator to join our team in Ohio. The role supports cleaning, sanitation and floor care at client sites, with a schedule from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, a reliable team player, and able to operate warehouse equipment safely. Prior cleaning or facility services experience is preferred; reliable transport and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Use chemicals and supplies according to procedures.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift and baler safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Equipment Operator to work in one of our client’s sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

Schedule: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM Monday to Thursday

Pay: $15.00/hour

Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you work all scheduled full time hours (40 hours per week)

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler and handle all equipment correctly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
