Taylor Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Equipment Operator to support our printing and packaging operations on the 2nd shift. You will run and maintain printing press equipment, prepare inks, check substrates, and coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines while upholding safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate printing press equipment in accordance with job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency.
• Check paper type, size, color and quantity for each job.
• Inspect plates for correct format and verify run quality.
• Visually monitor forms during runs for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.

Your Opportunity:

Venture Solutions is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the team in Ft. Worth, TX.

Work Authorization:

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability
• Good reading ability.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• High degree of analytical skills
• Good color discernment
