Summary/Objective:

In this role, the Equipment Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of warehouse forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Responsibilities include maintaining materials for production, removing finished products, keeping a clean and safe environment, wearing all required PPE, and communicating effectively with Co-workers, Operation Leads, and Supervisors.

Essential Functions:

1. Complete daily forklift safety inspections and report deviations.
2. Maintain equipment according to company standards.
3. Operate company equipment safely.
4. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually.
5. Operate motorized equipment to assemble orders and deliver to staging areas.
6. Read customer and work orders to determine items and quantities.
7. Receive inbound shipments, offload, count, label, and document.
8. Load outbound shipments, identify, count, and load.
9. Perform hand stacking and manual packing.
10. Assist other departments as needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, or six months related experience.
• Equipment certification required.
• Experience with RF tracking equipment.

• Ability to operate basic equipment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
