Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated grounds team member in Concord, NC to maintain our golf course and landscape. You will operate turf equipment, rake bunkers, and prep greens and tees to keep the course pristine for guests and members.

We value prior golf course or landscaping experience, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude for outdoor work across all seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course or landscaping experience is required.

• Ability to work well in a team outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate turf maintenance gear—mowers, trimmers, blowers, rollers—safely and efficiently.
• Rake bunkers and prepare greens and tees with precision.
• Prep areas for seed and sod to keep the course lush.
• Assist with general groundskeeping to ensure guest-ready conditions.

What You Will Do:

• Operate all the coolest turf gear—mowers, trimmers, blowers, rollers—like a landscaping superhero.
• Roll out greens and tees with precision (and maybe a little pride).
• Rake bunkers until they’re sand-trap perfection.
• Prep areas for seed and sod so our course stays lush and legendary.
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the grounds guest-ready and gorgeous.
