Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain equipment including excavators, backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, augers, and other heavy machinery.
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling activities in support of electrical construction projects.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and field crews to support project goals and schedules.
• Identify and report equipment issues, site hazards, and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with general labor duties as needed, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all company and project safety standards.

The ideal candidate will safely operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment used in electrical construction activities.
