• Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance for safe operation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and field crews to meet project goals and schedules.
• Identify and report equipment issues, site hazards, and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with general labor, including material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
• Maintain strong commitment to workplace safety and company safety standards.

Job Summary

Amteck is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Equipment Operator to join our team in Carnesville, Georgia. The ideal candidate will safely operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment used in electrical construction activities. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain construction equipment including excavators, backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, augers, and other heavy machinery.
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling activities in support of electrical construction projects.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and field crews to support project goals and schedules.
