Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods is hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Operator I (Level One) in Texas to safely operate plant machinery and support production goals. Train and work with a team to meet quality standards, perform basic setups, and uphold safety and cleanliness in a dynamic production environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in basic math and measurement concepts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training.
  • Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Adaptability to changing work demands and priorities.

Responsibilities
