Role Description

The Equipment Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, NC. This role is responsible for safely operating print finishing equipment and related machinery to complete laminating, embossing, foil stamping, and other finishing tasks according to job specifications. Day-to-day activities include setting up and adjusting equipment, monitoring machines during production, performing routine checks, and ensuring finished materials meet quality standards. The Equipment Operator will also assist with material handling, follow safety and maintenance procedures, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and minimize downtime. Accurate documentation of work performed and clear communication about equipment issues or workflow concerns are also part of this role.
