Job summary

Suncore Construction & Materials is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate machinery, monitor equipment, ensure product quality, and contribute to building better communities. No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; a strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, ensuring the safety of people, equipment, property and utilities in the area.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs on machinery
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial electrical systems and controls
• Monitor the operation of cuber, conveyor, stretch wrap machine, block machine and other nearby equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Visually inspect products and by-products for conformity to prescribed quality standards such as color, shape and corners. Remove poor quality products and by-products as required.
