Job summary

Suncore Construction & Materials is seeking hands-on workers to maintain safe worksites, manage traffic, and support machinery operations across active sites in Utah. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Suncore is seeking motivated individuals to help us build communities by maintaining safe worksites, managing traffic, and supporting machinery operations. Things You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.
• Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• A strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
