Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You must have previous experience in operating heavy equipment and possess a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Transport materials to and from job sites
- Perform grading, excavation, and other tasks as directed by supervisor
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a drug test
