Manpower Group (USA) client in Wisconsin is seeking an Equipment Associate to join the Operations Department. The role focuses on assisting technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel to meet customer needs and ensure smooth rental workflows.

You will help with deliveries, inspect equipment for safety, greet customers, and support daily branch operations while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service focus and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with labor support to meet customer needs.
• Help with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental.
• Perform routine safety and operational checks on rental equipment.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment and supplies.
• Load and unload rental equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety.
