Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment such as aerial devices, digger derricks, cranes, or construction/mining equipment.
• Previous experience as a mechanic or technician focusing on heavy equipment.
• Education in mechanics, electrical and/or hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Use manuals and technical resources to troubleshoot and identify parts for repair.
• Perform Unit Condition Inspections and Reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Adhere to Altec Safety practices and procedures.
