1 Resource Group is looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Scheduled Maintenance Mechanic to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the performance of various machinery and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who is dedicated to ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and perform maintenance tasks including complete lube changes, oil changes, filter services, and brake adjustments:

• Maintain coolant systems by draining and refilling.
• Check all vehicle fluids and perform general repairs as needed.
• Monitor oil levels, tire conditions, air filters, windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, and engine coolant.
• Replace worn or broken belts, hoses, spark plugs, or windshield wiper blades.
• Maintain records of all maintenance performed.

Clean and organize work areas.

As time permits, accompany field service mechanics to job sites as a trainee with the potential to become a Field Service Mechanic.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
