Responsibilities
- Work closely with the staff, as well as players and coaches, to make sure all clubhouse and stadium duties are properly managed.
- Assisting managers and coaches from the league with daily tasks.
- Ensuring that players are well taken care of.
- Delegating equipment and uniforms.
- Wash all home uniforms, laundry loops, and towels following games.
- Set up and tear down for all games and events at the ballpark.
- Maintaining the stadium and the field with the assistance of the Assistant General Manager.
- Other tasks as needed; we are all part of a team and will help each other accomplish all duties.
Requirements
- Good organizational skills.
- Good team player with great attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights and weekends.
Time Period
The season runs from May 29th through July 21st, with games played 5 days a week.
All interns will start on May 12th, or as soon as possible (start time is somewhat flexible) and the internship ends shortly after the conclusion of the season.
