Job Location: Attleboro, MA
The Equipment Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and selected facility systems in support of safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role is expected to work independently in diagnosing equipment issues, responding to breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and completing repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
This position requires a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, solid maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to support both legacy and specialized production equipment. The Equipment Maintenance Technician II will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS to improve equipment reliability, maintain safe operations, and support the overall performance of the Attleboro site. Pay is $30/hr.
This role is a non-exempt hourly position paying up to $38/hr depending on experience.
