Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Palm Bay, Florida is seeking an experienced Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on complex electrical systems including 120/240/480 V.

Qualifications

• AS/ASEET Electronic Engineering Technology or military training or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Ability to work on complex electrical systems (120/240/480 V).

Responsibilities

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the position of Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of Hi-Rel semiconductors.

Requirements

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
