Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Photolithography Maintenance Technician to support our Palm Bay, Florida facility. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance of photolithography and metrology tool sets, with hands-on responsibility.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years maintaining Canon i1/iW/i4 steppers, experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and strong SPC knowledge. On-site position with competitive benefits and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• AS/BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or military training.
• 5+ years supporting Canon i1, iW, and i4 steppers.
• 10+ years in Equipment Maintenance Field; 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Must have knowledge of SPC and its manufacturing use.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of Photolithography/Metrology tool sets.
• Maintain tool sets: Canon iW/i1/i4, aligners, tracks, coater/developer, SEM and metrology tools.
• Troubleshoot and improve equipment performance in a semiconductor environment.

Job Description

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Photolithography Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors.

This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found in the Photolithography/Metrology area. Tool sets include Canon iW/i1/i4 Steppers, Perkin Elmer 600 Aligners, SVG90,88,86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• AS or BS in electrical or mechanical or, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience. Experience Requirements / Skills:
• 5+ years supporting Canon i1, iW, and i4 steppers.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40lbs.
