Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment in Chandler, AZ. The role requires hands-on maintenance, PM program ownership, and strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities include updating the maintenance database, supporting design/installation of new equipment, and performing periodic hazard assessments. A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience are required; soldering is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment per PM schedules.
  • Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends/holidays).
  • Identify parts, obtain quotes, and order supplies for repairs and upgrades.
  • Assist engineers and managers with installation/relocation of process equipment and safety reviews.
  • Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and upgrades of process equipment.
  • Follow safety and change management processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Functional knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and completed work within the maintenance database/CMMS.
  • Own and perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment and facilities in accordance with established PM schedules and methods. Continuously improve PM effectiveness and documentation.
  • Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends and holidays required).
  • Properly identify parts and supplies needed to support repairs and upgrades of equipment. Obtain quotes and order parts from suppliers.
  • Assist engineers and factory managers with installation and relocation of process equipment. Assist in performing production line safety reviews and equipment reliability qualifications.
  • Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and resulting upgrades of new and existing process equipment.
  • Follow established safety and change management processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three or more years of relevant maintenance experience (five preferred).
  • Basic computer/database proficiency.
  • Strong customer service and communication.
  • Soldering is a plus.
Work Schedule

Four-day workweek with one six-hour Friday coverage shift approximately once per month.

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46 - 43.56
