Job summary

Aperia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of custom industrial machinery. You will manage the CMMS, oversee schedules, and coordinate cross-team efforts to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, safety compliance, and decisive repairs of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role (evaluated individually).
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnosis and repair.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems, including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Programming and CMMS familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.

• Lead maintenance operations, administer the CMMS, maintain spare parts inventory, and manage escalations.
• Provide supervisory oversight of the maintenance team, including setting schedules, approving timecards, and coordinating cross-team efforts.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on custom machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on electrical components and pneumatics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations and improvements.

Your Role

Pay Range

$40–45 per hour (base salary only; dependent on experience and location).

Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long‑term disability insurance.
