Equipment Machine Operator (FOT) Cleanroom - 3rd Shift

Join us as an Equipment Machine Operator (FOT) Cleanroom - 3rd Shift at Software Engineering.

Location: Lakewood, CO, US

Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing procedures and documentation for automated equipment, including material handling, inspection, testing, assembly, packaging, bonding, or welding of components in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties:
  1. Manage all aspects of automated processes, including training, safety, quality, and efficiency.
  2. Use specialized tools and test equipment according to quality criteria.
  3. Assemble, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and package complex mechanical and electronic sub-assemblies.
  4. Ensure GMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.
  5. Identify and address potential production issues to maintain schedules.
  6. Detect non-conforming products and handle dispositions per procedures.
  7. Operate automated equipment and work cells, including start-up and shutdown, and execute monthly production schedules.
  8. Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve quality, safety, and process issues, including validations and process improvements.
  9. Perform setup, documentation, and regulatory record keeping.
  10. Conduct quality control checks and manage product packaging and labeling.
  11. Assist with process verifications and work order initiation.
  12. Work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  13. Proficiently use hand-tools and test equipment, including soldering and specialized tools.
  14. Interface with computer systems and HMI navigation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, with a technical background.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in process control testing and molding/welding quality requirements.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of safety protocols for automated equipment.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions under changing conditions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and transport up to 500 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability to perform repetitive motions.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay range: $22.00 - $28.00, with a target bonus of 7.0%. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness programs, and more.
