Job summary

You will be the vital link ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory while working with dealers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 DOE with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or a similar business system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment shipments, inbound inventory, and distribution activities to support field sales and dealers.
• Ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory; provide responsive dealer support.
• Coordinate transportation, track equipment movements, and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare shipping documentation and manage inventory and freight reports; process operational expenses through SAP.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and keep equipment moving.
