Qualifications

• 1–2 years equipment leasing experience required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, MS SharePoint and SSRS is a plus.
• Ability to run basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, vendors, and employees to structure front-end deals.
• Engage with sales to ensure proper account management.
• Create and maintain accurate lease files.
• Prepare and process lease documentation and understand terms.
• Order placement with outside vendors and invoice reconciliation.
• Follow-up on documentation and negotiate closure.
• Provide customer service to Insight's customers and vendors.
• Enter equipment data into leasing systems and understand coding matrix.
• Process documents for bank line advances and vendor payments.
• Update internal logs to track funds; perform filing and communication duties.
