Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Equipment Specialist to oversee the branch warehouse and yard operations. You will guide Equipment Specialist staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and quality control across the site.

The role requires CDL and hands-on leadership, with responsibilities including training, repairs, and coordination with the Operations Manager to optimize performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision or leadership is preferred.
• Familiarity with Navision/MS Office and routing software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse and yard activities at the branch.
• Provide guidance and direction to Equipment Specialist staff.
• Maintain inventory, report parts/supplies, and assist with training.
• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and related equipment.
• Operate a forklift for loading/unloading units.
• Ensure safety and organization of the work area.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff.
