Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior inventory/warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems; MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiar with industrial equipment and safe operating conditions; forklift training possible.
• Ability to build good relations with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to use information and judgement when assessing equipment.
• Strong English skills; maintain legible records in English.
• Excellent time management; self-motivated and self-directed.
• Valid driver's license; must be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Assess equipment returning to or leaving the facility for condition and operation; take photographic records and report damage.
• Tag all returned and received equipment and audit inventory lists for accuracy.
• Record incoming (push) and outgoing (pull) inventory in software/databases and keep records current.
• Forecast incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure items are available.
• Monitor and approve delivery requests; maintain communication with delivery personnel.
• Manage TBD items with Sales/PM teams for accurate equipment disbursement; contact customers or manufacturers as needed.
• Collaborate with General Contractors and MEP contractors regarding OFCI equipment.
• Travel to local warehouse locations as necessary.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
