KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: Mechanical aptitude, experience working with power and hand tools, must be comfortable working above ground on ladders, effective verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, initiative, dependable, flexible, must have a clean driving record that meets with the company hiring standards.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work can be physically demanding. Moderate amount of time spent standing, walking and lifting. Normal hearing and vision required. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Climbing ladders is a common practice when installing and servicing equipment.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Typically works in a shop environment that may be influenced by external weather conditions. Occasionally works outdoors and is exposed to seasonal weather conditions. Typically drives to customer locations in a company vehicle. Installs and services equipment used in the storage and dispensing of petroleum products.
