Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

You will lead training, maintain DOT paperwork, and uphold OSHA and company safety policies in all weather conditions. A valid license and three years of related experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
