Job summary

Home Preservation Services is seeking a detail-oriented Tools, Inventory and Facility Coordinator to manage all tools, equipment, vehicles and stored materials. The role involves mobility between office, storage yards, job sites and vendor locations, with hands-on use of basic construction tools and Excel-based records.

Strong bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and self-starting problem solving are essential as you help maintain safety, order, and efficient delivery to sites

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong computer organization skills, especially Excel.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full inventory list of tools and equipment, including locations and checkout status.
• Purchase replacements and consumables with approved PO's; maintain service records.
• Manage vehicle service records, insurance and DMV details; conduct weekly audits.
• Receive, store and move project materials; coordinate deliveries to sites and offices.
• Disseminate weekly safety topics; audit sites and maintain safety supplies.
