Job summary

TD Equipment Finance in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to manage new originations and support two or more Account Executives. You will coordinate transactions, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and liaise with Legal, Credit, and fulfillment partners to drive efficient funding processes.

You will deliver high-quality service, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain strong client relationships across the TD Equipment Finance team.

Qualifications

• Business experience in the financial industry is an asset.
• Strong oral and written communications skills are essential.

• French bilingual is an asset.
• 5 years’ Equipment Finance experience preferred.
• College or University graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage proficiency of various software applications to prepare documentation; strong knowledge of T-Value and PPSA/RDPRM is an asset.
• Coordinate transactions with vendors, customers, bankers and Account Executives; secure necessary documentation.
• Work with Legal and Credit to facilitate transactions.
• Obtain/compile AML and KYC documentation.
• Register/assess PMSI/RDPRM priority and obtain waivers as required.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and interface directly with external TD Equipment Finance clients.
• Assist in identifying viable solutions to make deals work.
• Deliver legendary customer service at every interaction and improve the customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal fulfillment partners to maximize efficiency.
• Refer to other business partners within Business Banking and across TD Bank for referrals.
• Participate in performance management processes including reviews and coaching.
• Promote a positive, diverse workplace and be a strong team player.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed and ensure compliance with codes of conduct.
