Qualifications

• Prior experience in equipment finance or commercial lending is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions, follow up on outstanding items and maintain accurate records.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with financial information, spreadsheets and electronic files.

Responsibilities

• Manage the incoming credit queue and track submissions throughout the review process.
• Review files for completeness and follow up on missing financial statements, tax returns, equipment information, and other required documentation.
• Organize and maintain accurate credit files so analysts have the information needed to evaluate transactions.
• Maintain workflow reports and track outstanding items and submission status.
• Complete preliminary credit screenings and high-level reviews using established guidelines.
• Assist with data entry, financial spreading, background searches, and other credit preparation activities as experience permits.
