Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class E Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience of 7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs or replaces defective parts on machinery/equipment.
• Disassembles components and cleans parts.
• Inspects components to maximize reuse and minimize repair costs.
• Tests, diagnoses and fixes equipment failures.
• Creates repair estimates and documents quotes and service reports.
• Monitors expenses vs. repair estimates and notifies lead of cost overruns.
• Assumes lead role temporarily as needed.
• Uses dealer computer systems for work orders and documentation.
• Maintains tools and ensures safe, neat, organized work.
• Keeps knowledge up to date with industry changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
