Job summary

CelLink in Georgetown, Texas is seeking hands-on Manufacturing Technicians to join a state-of-the-art mega facility. You will bridge Production and Engineering, operating and setting up equipment, performing process adjustments, and supporting trials and new product introductions.

You will work on the manufacturing floor to improve quality, yield, throughput, and process stability while following safety and 5S practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document production information.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, perform startup checks, adjustments, and routine care per work instructions.
• Monitor processes, identify abnormal conditions, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support engineering with process trials, qualifications, and new product introductions.
• Collect and analyze production data, document trends, and communicate findings to engineering and stakeholders.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and process improvements on the manufacturing floor.
