Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting equipment development, reliability, or improvement in production environments.
• Ability to work directly on a production floor with operators, technicians, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve production equipment and automated systems.
• Evaluate requirements and develop equipment concepts and solutions for production systems.
• Ensure reliability, safety, and maintainability of critical production assets.
• Develop asset reliability systems, maintenance plans, and lifecycle strategies.
• Manage equipment documentation, configuration control, and spare parts planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to execute projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop equipment specifications and verification/test protocols.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities for new equipment acquisitions and modifications.
• Analyze maintenance history to identify reliability and obsolescence issues.
