Job summary

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks an SMT Equipment Engineer to oversee daily inspection, commissioning, and maintenance of SMT lines. You will confirm production programs, debug equipment, and manage line Relayout, while optimizing cycle time and UPH.

The role requires hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines, SPI/AOI/dispensing, Ersa reflow ovens, X-ray, and solder paste printers. You will calibrate CPk/GRR and support DOE verification to improve line quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; SMT-related experience preferred.
• Over 3 years SMT-related work experience required.
• Proficient in SMT programming software to write production programs and optimize cycle time/UPH.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily inspection, commissioning, maintenance and upkeep of SMT equipment.
• Confirm production program at each station, debug equipment and switch machine types.
• Handle abnormalities of online equipment to ensure quick repairs and normal production.
• Program SMT equipment, optimize cycle time and improve UPH.
• Handle major SMT equipment abnormalities and maintenance.
• Set up SMT lines and perform line Relayout.
• Adjust reflow furnace temperature curve and optimize thermal profile.
• Calibrate SMT equipment CPk and GRR.
• Analyze and improve production line quality anomalies and assist in DOE verification.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job description

1.Be responsible for the daily inspection, commissioning, maintenance and upkeep of SMT equipment.

2. According to the production instruction ticket, confirm the production program of the equipment at each station, debug the equipment and switch the machine types.

3. Be responsible for handling abnormal situations of online equipment to ensure that production equipment can be repaired quickly and normally.

4. Be responsible for the programming of SMT equipment, Cycle time optimization, and UPH improvement.

5. Handling of major abnormalities of SMT equipment and equipment maintenance.

6. SMT line setup, line Relayout.

7. Temperature adjustment of the reflow welding furnace and optimization of the furnace temperature curve.

8. CPK and GRR calibration of SMT equipment.

9. Analysis and improvement of production line quality anomalies, and assistance to DFM in conducting DOE verification.

10. Other work matters assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

• College degree or above (bachelor's degree or above is preferred), with over 3 years of SMT-related working experience;
• Familiar with the SMT production process, with over 2 years of experience in NPI and MP production for Customer A's consumer electronic products.
• Proficient in using SMT equipment programming software to write production programs for equipment, optimize Cycle time and enhance UPH.
• Be familiar with the debugging, programming, maintenance and repair, CPK/GRR calibration, and anomaly handling of equipment such as solder paste printers, FUJI surface mount technology (SMT) machines, JUTZE SPI/AOI/ dispensing machines, Hans&HG laser panel separators, Ersa reflow ovens, and X-ray machines.
• Have experience in SMT line assembly and Relayout, and be familiar with the positioning and horizontal debugging of equipment.
• Be capable of analyzing and improving quality anomalies that occur on the production line, and provide FACA analysis and improvement reports.
