Jinko Solar U.S. Industries Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for the selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing.

You will manage daily maintenance and repairs, develop operating procedures, perform fault analysis, oversee spare parts procurement, organize the maintenance team, and train technicians, with a focus on equipment stability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• At least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and fault analysis helpful.

Responsible for selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new Laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing; manage daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines; develop equipment operating procedures, conduct fault analysis and devise solutions; oversee procurement of spare parts and manage consumable spare parts inventory; organize maintenance team and identify potential risk factors and develop and refine maintenance and repair plans to enhance equipment stability; conduct training for equipment technicians and create operating manuals for system equipment. Job location: Jacksonville, FL. Req. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering + 2 years experience.
