Job summary

Jinko Solar U.S. Industries in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Equipment Engineer to lead the selection, installation, commissioning and acceptance of Laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing.

The role emphasizes reliability and process optimization on the factory floor. You will manage daily maintenance, develop operating procedures, conduct fault analysis, oversee spare parts procurement, organize the maintenance team, and train technicians while creating clear manuals for system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 2 years of experience in equipment or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Select, install, commission and accept new laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing.
• Manage daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines.
• Develop equipment operating procedures and conduct fault analysis.
• Oversee spare parts procurement and inventory management.
• Organize maintenance team and refine maintenance plans to improve stability.
• Train equipment technicians and create operating manuals.

Equipment Engineer

• Responsible for selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new Laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing
• manage daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines
• develop equipment operating procedures, conduct fault analysis and devise solutions
• oversee procurement of spare parts and manage consumable spare parts inventory
• organize maintenance team and identify potential risk factors and develop and refine maintenance and repair plans to enhance equipment stability
• conduct training for equipment technicians and create operating manuals for system equipment
