Job summary

Trench Shoring Company in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a full-time Yard/Delivery Associate to support equipment delivery and loading/unloading at customer sites. You will follow safety policies, coordinate delivery routes, and communicate with dispatchers and customers.

Some after-hours work and local travel may be required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years related experience, and a valid Class C CDL; crane certification is a plus and may be trained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Valid commercial Class C driver's license required.
• Crane certification preferred; company will train if not certified.
• Forklift operation and welding experience desirable.
• Must read, understand, and follow company procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and unloading of equipment at customer jobsites safely and timely.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe job completion.
• Coordinate delivery schedules using efficient routes.
• Potential occasional after-hours work.
