Job summary

Trench Shoring Company is seeking a full-time Yard/Delivery role in Compton, CA. You will assist with delivery and unloading of equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites, and coordinating schedules with dispatchers.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related experience, a valid CDL Class C license, and crane certification is preferred; company will train if not certified. Forklift operation and welding experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must possess a valid and clean commercial Class C Driver's License.
• Crane certification preferred; company will train for crane operations if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and unloading of equipment at customer sites safely and timely.
• Follow company policies to ensure work is done properly and safely.
• Coordinate delivery schedules using efficient routes.
• Occasional after-hours work may be required.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers and supervisors.
