Job summary

Amazon in Tracy, CA is seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets in the Fulfillment Center, including allocation, auditing, and repair coordination for devices.

You will support technicians, manage ordering and inventory, and maintain standardized IT practices while complying with safety and security standards; flexible shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic computer and network concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for 10–12 hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $21.00‑$23.00 USD hourly, based on shift selection and location. As part of our total compensation, you are eligible for overtime, performance bonuses, as well as benefits such as EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, 401(k) matching, and more.
