Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering engineered solutions.
• Familiarity with Bechtel's equipment lifecycle, procurement, and fleet management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, development, and implementation of equipment-based construction solutions.
• Direct SMEs to support projects through consulting services and constructability reviews.
• Partner with project teams to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Oversee lifecycle from input to field implementation and transition to operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to meet project needs.
• Provide engineering oversight to ensure safety and reliability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
• Coordinate with service managers to capture lessons learned.
