You will partner with operations, engineering, and suppliers to solve real project challenges.

The role oversees SMEs, coordinates constructability reviews, and ensures compliance with Bechtel's standards while aligning with project goals and safety

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on construction solutions.
• Knowledge of equipment lifecycle, procurement, and fleet management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of equipment-based construction solutions to improve field execution.
• Direct and coordinate Bechtel Equipment SMEs delivering consulting and constructability reviews.
• Identify construction issues with project teams and propose practical equipment-based solutions.
• Oversee lifecycle from early input to field implementation and handoff to operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to meet project needs.
• Provide engineering oversight to ensure safety and standards.
