Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking an Equipment Controls Specialist to manage calibrations across test and measurement equipment at our Mason, OH facility. You will ensure availability and calibration readiness, working on-site with QA, regulatory standards, and customer communication.

The role requires experience with calibration software (MET/CAL) and strong Excel data analysis, plus the ability to automate procedures and manage workloads to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on calibration software experience (MET/CAL).
• Proficient data analysis with Excel for logging and reporting.
• Strong time management to prevent overdue calibrations.
• Ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience; or 2 years post-secondary with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload triage and scheduling to ensure on-time calibrations.
• Coordinate on-site and production-floor calibrations per regulatory standards.
• Perform QA reviews of calibration data and certificates.
• Develop and automate calibration procedures to reduce costs.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and issues.
