Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volume; flexible to cover scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer all ACT department inbound calls including vendor, breakdown, fuel, lumper, etc.; gather and document information to initiate a claim or repair order.
• Facilitate necessary equipment repairs during breakdowns and accidents to maximize utilization and minimize costs.
• Negotiate costs with vendors to locate the best-qualified repair options within authority.
• Investigate and recover warranties during vendor selection and repairs.
• Ensure minimum downtime and report downtime to OE with case numbers.
• Manage payments through POs and fuel card/accounts; liaison across departments and leadership.
• Meet department KPIs and maintain positive work atmosphere.
