Job summary

United Rentals seeks an Equipment Associate to help operate the Trench Safety branch safely and efficiently. You’ll assemble, load/unload equipment, assist deliveries, and prep gear for rental while upholding strong safety and customer-service standards.

This is a team-focused role with opportunities to advance through our Driver development program. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; forklift experience is a plus, and PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience operating medium to large forklifts preferred.
• Knowledge of trench safety equipment is an advantage but not required.
• Some knowledge of computers and phone apps.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• PPE and work boots are provided by the company.
